Nostralis Pizza was first established in 1981, the FIRST Wholemeal Vegetarian Pizza shop in Australia. Since 1981 we have been catering to the needs of not only our vegetarian clientele but also to the general public at large. Our Pizza's are so tasty that you do not have to be a vegetarian to enjoy the great taste. Our pizzas are made only with 100% organic wholemeal flour, fresh vegies and the cheese is made with vegetable rennet, however we now have extended our range to also include the VEGAN and COELIAC community, other than the rennet free cheese we use 100% Soya Cheese (Cheesly), and Gluten Free (Wheat free) base.

Here at Nostralis we feel that our clientele's health and wellbeing to be very important, that is why we strive to improve and update our Pizza's according to their requirements. It is no wonder that we have customers that come back for more from all over Victoria.
